Oregon & Blueberry picking -Day 23

We are now staying with Grandad Bruce & Kris in Salem, Oregon. We went to visit Bruce's classroom where he teaches Chemistry & Physics.

Then we picked blueberries. The girls had a great time!

Columbia River Gorge -Day 22

By this time, we are so tired of being in the car!!!

Here I am driving with Michelle King, Shaylin's wife, to their new home in Union Gap, WA.

We drove all along the Columbia River Gorge to Salem, OR. Here is Multnomah Falls.

Eastern Washington -Day 21

We found this old water wheel at a rest stop on our way to Benton City, WA.

Here we are swimming in Shaylin's pool, Clay's best friend from his teenage days in Wisconsin. Rebekah is the next Michael Phellps...

Idaho -Day 20

We stayed in Utah for an extra day so we could attend the Twin Falls Idaho Temple open house. It was so neat to take the girls inside and explain to them what all the different rooms are for inside the temple.

We continued our drive to Boise and stayed with my cousin Sheri Spencer. We had a great time talking about our dads and family history. The girls enjoyed jumping on their trampoline.

Still in Utah -Day 19

We were supposed to drive up to Idaho after church today, but decided to stay one more day.

Hike -Day 18

We went into Salt Lake again to meet up with Clay's friend from Michigan, Paul Fredenberg. All of us hiked up to the top of Ensign Peak.

Grandpa & Temple Square -Day 17

We drove up to Ogden, UT to visit with my Grandpa who is 98 years old!

Emma had a great time playing with her 2nd cousin, Kaylinh. Here they are dressing up in Aunt Elaine's clothes.

Afterwards we went to Salt Lake City and walked around Temple Square. Here is the inside of the old Tabernacle.
